Trilby Rising Assistant Photographer Trilby has been Charmaine’s wedding assistant for two years now and shares a true passion for photography. With her witty yet relaxed nature, Trilby is the perfect assistant at weddings, capturing natural, candid images to add to your wedding collection. Trilby is also very passionate about horses, having owned her first pony at 11 and competing in dressage events until the age of 25. These days she has the pleasure of regularly photographing equestrian events in the Waikato and Auckland region. Originally from Auckland, where she spent time working in the film industry, in ICT and in marketing, Trilby moved to Tauranga with her partner Roly in 2004 to work as a marketing consultant. Trilby now works for Seeit Promotions in their marketing department where she contributes a range of skills from copywriting to product photography. Together Trilby & Roly live with beautiful views of the countryside after enjoying some time living by the beach. Travel is a big part of their lives and having had the pleasure of visiting such places as Bali, Tonga, Fiji, Samoa and Australia, they still feel like they have plenty more to add to their list. Fishing and mountain biking is another keen interest of theirs. Trilby is also in her element when able to enjoy a long horse ride through the forest or along the beach. She enjoys a great book, writing, exploring the country and cooking delicious meals using their home grown veggies and eggs kindly produced by their four adorable ex-battery chooks named after the Outrageous Fortune cast – Cheryl, Loretta, Jane & Pascalle. Tribly also tries her hand at other forms of art such as painting, pottery & mixed media. Trilby brings great photography skills & knowledge to Marinkovich Photography with a professional presence & attitude. <
