Two little gorgeous sisters. They came into the studio very quiet & shy, but after about 5 min they owned the place and had lots of fun – it was great.

Thursday, June 17th, 2010Over the next few weeks I am going to spend a few moments telling you about some of the great products and services available to Marinkovich Photography.
So first – the wonderful ‘Lifetime Portraits’
As you know your family keeps on growing, whether that means in height or new additions to your family, or sometimes, sadly you loose someone very close to you, so it is a great idea to capture these precious times so you always have memories to look back on.
With Lifetime Portraits you only ever pay for your first portrait session (or wedding) and then every other session there after is FREE. This means you can come back at any stage to have more portraits of your beautiful family at no extra cost – how great is that? You simply just order the portraits you love.
When you book your portrait sessions you will always receive the following ::
- Portrait planning session
- 1 to 1.5 Portrait session
- 1.5 Viewing session
So if you have been thinking of getting a portrait of yourself, your children, your whole family then call the studio on 07 577 9000.

Family Portrait Month Fundraiser – portrait photographer
Monday, March 1st, 2010I am so happy to bring you FAMILY PORTRAIT MONTH this March to help raise funds for the Ronald McDonald House Auckland who provide shelter and support for families who must travel because the specialist treatment their child urgently requires isn’t available to them nearby.
Last year I had the pleasure of visiting the Ronald McDonald House in Auckland to see how it is set up and what is available to children and their families. I was blown away by the amazing people who are involved with the house from the staff to many volunteers. Every family is given their own room and bathroom, there are clean and modern cooking and laundry facilities, TV and computer rooms, fitness centre and lots more. On a weekly basis they have Family dinner, where volunteers come in and prepare the evening meal for all families to enjoy. This is also a great time for all families going through these difficult times to get to know one another and form great friendships.
The house is there to support all family members, so for siblings the house is equipped to keep them entertained such as the computer and TV rooms, art classes, playgrounds and also a classroom where the staff work closely with their teacher at their own school so they are able to keep up to date and not full behind.
Last week I also had the pleasure of meeting a the wonderful Roads-Carlin family who have spent many times at the house for their daughter Victoria (12) who at age 10 was diagnosed with a brain tumor. They said without the Ronald McDonald House in Auckland, they could never have afforded the constant trips & accommodation, which would have put a huge strain on all members of their family. Victoria is such a beautiful, polite young girl, who enjoys school and is looking forward to learning how to surf. Along with her sister Hannah (9) they both enjoyed all the activities that are provided at the house and have made many friends along the way.
Please help me raise funds for this amazing house – the Ronald McDonald House. For every portrait session booked in March at the price of just $49.95, I will donate your portrait session fee to the House. Portraits may be taken in another month but must be booked in March.
So feel free to share this with your friends on facebook, email to family & friends – Lets spread the word :-) And leave a comment as I would love to hear what you think.
Click here to book your portrait session and I will be in touch.

WHAT BETTER WAY TO CELEBRATE YOUR FAMILY, THAN BY HELPING ANOTHER FAMILY!
We are family – Tauranga Portrait Photographer
Friday, January 22nd, 2010I had so much fun photographing these 3 little siblings. They are all so different in personality, there was the shy one, the little leader & the cheeky one and they were really into having their portraits taken, which was great. Each image captured their individual personalities and the neat bond they share with each other.
As we walked around the garden finding different places to take photos, they picked little flowers for me too – so sweet.
